We stayed in this Hotel, I did not like the fact that the spa closes at 7pm. That is too early! I think the prices are too high.

An absolutely fantastic place. Very family-friendly, Beautiful design, wonderful cuisine, rich salad and dessert buffet, very well-organized leisure time for children in a well-equipped kids club (open from 14:00 to 21:00). The rooms were extremely clean. 100% recommended for all categories of people. (Couples, Families with children, old people, young people, etc.)
Naked Germans and Austrians in sauna. According to german tradition, they find it normal that men and women can take a sauna together WITHOUT swimsuits, while to many other nationalities it seems absolutely unacceptable and immoral. It made us not to use the sauna at all, though we really wanted to. I would recommend to the hotel to have two separated zones for "nakeds" and "in-swimsuits", or at least separated work hours/days for them to be able to meet interests of all of the guests, not just part of them. We respect german traditions, but we would appreciate that someone would respect ours in reponse. But, in the rest, we fell in love with this hotel and we will definitely come back again some day. Highly recommeded place!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station that takes you to the ski lifts. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure that every guest was satisfied. The food was excellent, both at the buffet and the a la carte options. The room was clean and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The facilities, including the swimming pool, sauna, and spa, were top-notch. this place provided enhanced comfort, quality services, and a luxurious experience.
I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The spa and pool area is really great. There is an indoor pool and suana area and an outdoor swimming pool built out into the lake. The chidlren's programme is extensive and our little boy was asking to go from the minute he saw it. There is also a play area in the sunbathing area. We used the spa for treatments three times and they were great. The area is great for walking and is very near to the Michelin Star restaurant Schöneck which is well worth a visit!
We were allocated a table and it as in the depths of the restaurant rather than on the terrace. The hotel caters for Germans and Italians and all the information is in those languages. It was difficult to order food and to tell what was happening with the children's programme as a result. Staff were happy to translate but it was an added frustration.

Great amenities and friendly staff make for a comfortable stay. The hotel's swimming pools are perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and the children’s play area provides entertainment for kids of all ages. The hotel is conveniently located close to transport links and scenic trails, making it easy to explore the surroundings. The breakfast is substantial, with a variety of options available to choose from.
The rooms' air conditioning system could be improved to ensure the temperature remains comfortable throughout the day. The bed was slightly uncomfortable, which impacted the quality of sleep.

We had an amazing stay at this family-friendly resort! The location is convenient, with easy access to the train station uphill to Bruneck, and the lake by the play area. The room was spacious, clean, and had a spectacular view. The service was outstanding, and the staff was very attentive. Breakfast was divine, with rich flavors and plenty of variety. The indoor and outdoor heated swimming pool was huge and perfect for the whole family. The sauna was also a great addition!
The afternoon tea time was too poor, with limited options and not even inclusive of a cup of tea.

Great food and outdoor activities
We recently stayed in a hotel in the Dolomites. The food was excellent, and we certainly enjoyed the delicious breakfast and 4-course dinner. The complimentary train tickets were extremely helpful to travel around the region easily. The hotel’s location was perfect with amazing outdoor activities and two swimming pools, one indoor and one outdoor. The views of the surrounding hills were beautiful.
The lack of air conditioning units in the rooms, and the staff was too slow to respond to our requests. despite advertising a toddler pool, it was no longer available, which was a huge disappointment for our family.

We had an amazing time at this hotel. From the clean and comfortable rooms to the excellent hotel facilities, everything was top-notch. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly and attentive. Plus, the hotel is located conveniently close to some excellent ski resorts.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.
